An outstanding view of Shanghai, a flawless staff, a perfect room... Any superlatives can be used to describe my stay there. Highly recommend it, despite the price which could be reduced. But if you need a place to stay in Shanghai wether for business or leisure, you have to go there.

We spent 2 nights in the Park Hyatt and truly enjoyed it. What a nice place. The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom is very special (I loved the rain shower) and the design is minimalistic chique. The way we like it. Pool and fitness are at the best and also the breakfast is a real treat. Soon, we forgot about the TV and the Phone which was not working when we checked in. We will be back.

I stayed here for summer vacation and everything turned out perfect.
It was then the highest hotel in the world and would have seen Tom Cruise climbing its glass curtain wall in Mission: Impossible 4, had the movie been shot earlier.
It's nice to get the combo with one night stay, candlelit dinner, rose petal bath included - that package costs more but is well worth it.

This a most fantastic well equipped luxury hotel in Shanghai. The service is first grade. The restaurants there are first class. The room type is the best. The lobby lounge you can over view the entire Shanghai. When watch the roof top of Grand Hyatt you feel like you are in the space. Every thing just enormous.

High quality hotel, even better quality staff! You just have to try that power shower, it is simply lovely - like being under a great cascade! Huge room, big windows, great view! Lobby bar great place for meetings, staff very quick to bring coffee or tea (for business did not order other) - just make sure your back is good because the chairs are low and the tables high. But, the fantastic service and great view make up for that!
