Located on the Bund this is a great place to stay. The rooms are well designed although I would personally prefer more light- which must be seen as a very small criticism. Beware that there is no bar & no room service. This makes it tricky for single travellers. But otherwise its a great choice.

This hotel is just amazing and will not disappoint. Stayed 5 nights and our Deluxe river view suite was very comfortable, spacious, stunning views of the bund and had the most luxurious bathroom. Unfortunately late during our first evening the hotels front driveway was undergoing re-polishing and the vapours drifted into our room (above the front enterance) via the ventilation system. This became very unbearable and after reporting this to the night staff we were immediately moved to another room. Although the move during the middle of night was inconvient and the replacement suite not to our complete satisfaction the next morning we reported the incident to the hotels Chief Operating Manager, Mr Joseph Pi. Joseph was so understanding and handled our concerns with the utmost professionalism and offered us a choice of another suite. The situation was completely recovered and we went on to enjoy one of our best hotel experiences ever. It's hard to find anything to fault unless you really want to get picky. Service is of the highest standard and the staff helpful and extremely professional, particularly James and Lucky on front desk. Breakfast is overwhelming with so much choice and even offers freshly squeezed orange juice . The hotel location is great and the views of the Bund
spectacular. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights and were so happy we did.The lobby set up is a little strange as you have to catch a lift to the reception which was a little stark.Our room was clean and modern although a little short of cupboard space.The bathroom had the most fantastic view of the bund ,river and The Pearl Tower.An amazing toilet which heated washed and dried was the cherry on the top.Breakfast seems to be a non optional inclusion here and it was tasty and beautifully presented.The lounge with fresh coffee and delicious snacks 24/7,a lovely touch.The staff were polite and helpful.All in all a great hotel
