We just returned from a 6-day stay and have nothing but nice things to say. Me, my husband and our daughter were on a much anticipated Disney vacation. The first thing that impressed me was the friendliness and professionalism of the office staff. They were happy to answer any questions we had, provided any and all information needed about our stay and showed genuine concern for our satisfaction and comfort. When we first arrived at our unit we were amazed at how clean each and every room was. The beds were very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa! The location is not far from all the parks and after each long, tiring day of being at the parks we looked forward to coming back to our cozy, relaxing, "almost like home" unit. We felt safe and the area our unit was in was very private and quiet. We have no complaints and would stay there again without hesitation!

We just checked out after a weeks stay. I must say we found our stay extremely comfortable. We were on a Disney vacation with my son, daughter-n-law, and two grandchildren. The rooms were very clean spacious and accomodating. There were a few minor things that were substandard. WIFI was available for 10 bucks a day, although was free by the pool area. After hours seemed to open the gate for local teens at the pool and basketball courts. This was disturbing since we had small children playing in the pool. The water sprinkler sprayed the front door every morning and we had to leave through the sliding door at the back.
Overall we found it to be a very nice place for a family vacation.

I own a timeshare here for about 15 years now. Some of the complaints folks have, such as having to pay for WiFi is not an issue with owners for we get it free. The location is like being back home. There is a Publix supermarket around the corner and a CVS across the street. There are also a lot of nice restaurants in the area if you don't want to kill your wallet by eating at or near the parks.

All of the amusement parks are about 20 minutes away. Just make sure you have cash for the Florida toll road. You are close enough to get there fast but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the traffic of tourist.

The units are older but I have seen where they have done upgrades. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL and I think that is why this place gets bad reviews, because folks are expecting a hotel experience. This is primarily a timeshare location, which is great if you are traveling with kids. They can have their own room while you have yours. You can save $$$$ by cooking your own meals if you chose to. The area is quiet and safe. It has a pool and fishing area. For the money, if you level set your expectations, it is really a bargain compared to $150 a night to be in a single room with your spouse and two kids at a resort hotel.

Got 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment as a bonus week from my timeshare purchase ($160 per week rate). Not a Wyndham property so I was not expecting much. I wasn't impressed either. Property is run down with old furnishings appliances and fixtures. Free mid week tidy up was a nice touch but cleanliness before arrival and after tidy up was not good. Hair in bathrooms and carpet stains point to lack of attention to detail and need for renovation. Bedroom shades failed to keep out outside light at night and there were no shades to be drawn. Bedroom walls were paper thin and conversation from neighbors at 12-2am in the morning did not allow for restful nights. Price was right that's all the positive I can say.

Outside appearance is very nice and the very nice extended into the condo. Everything you need for your stay is provided, even coffee for the first morning. The unit was extremely clean and the bedding provided a great nights sleep. Both baths were extremely clean and the towels were soft and fluffy.
The hot tub was hot and the pool was great which helped to relax the old limbs after walking the parks all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only negative is the distance to the parks - - 20 miles to Disney.

Room tip: Ground floor is available if you call seven days before you arrive.
