Early September 2014, we staied 5 nights in this elegant stylish Hotel, very well located in Miami Beach.
Wide and well furnished rooms, very clean linen, pleasant and nice swimming pool.
We booked through Booking.com and we found included free:
- coffee and tea machines in the room
- beach beds and umbrella
- wi-fi everywhere, in the hotel and rooms.
All the Hotel personnel was extremely kind, however a specific thanks to Rudy and Dailin for their availability and advices about excursions and restaurants.
We strongly recommend this Hotel for a nice stay in Miami.

The hotel is in a terrific location and is just the right size...a short block to great restaurants and directly on the beach. The beach lounges and umbrella were a great additional comfort. I found the registration desk and valet to be friendly and attentative, didn't wait for the car long even though the cars are parked off-site.
Lobby gives mimimulalist new meaning, but I liked the uncluttereed feel of the entire hotel. For a restored physical plant, I would have expected water presure isues, humidity issues or roomssize issues. The shower was great and the suite was sizable and comfortable.
Its on my return list!

Room tip: The higher floors facing the ocean are good, but the first floor rooms thatwalk out to the grass area look really cool

Sagamore hotel is worth every penny I spent. Got to meet wonderful caring people (the staff) who worked hard and diligently to ensure i had a comfortable stay. the hotel is breath taking, and great location; right in the heart of South Beach. I enjoyed my getaway. I was pleased with the service the food etc. One thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the rooms, my assigned room service attendant did a remarkable and speedy job. Vernel is clearly the best at what she does. I'm not great with names but I remembered hers because she left a good impression. Bravo to you Vernel keep up the great work. Sagamore is a great hotel and I recommend anyone who's planning a trip to Miami to give it a try!

The guy who manned the valet station on Friday afternoon was a very poor communicator; when we pulled up to the front, he and another valet just stared at us (in our Audi Q5 S-line) as if we had 2 heads; they didn't even come to our door until we opened it ourselves. Not a good first impression at all.
However, we were redeemed by Delroy, Carlos and Jose. Delroy in particular was awesome. He seemed to always be there when we needed him.
Other than that, the people who work there are very hospitable, particularly Delroy and the poolside Serbian bartender; we shared shots after Serbia beat France in the FIBA semifinal.
If you love Art Deco, stop reading this review and go book a weekend.

Had a great time at Sagamore, very friendly staff. Everyone worked hard to make every needs be met. I loved the decor, the area and hospitality. Pool staff were friendy, front desk were polite and work speadily. I loved my room and the decor in there, the housekeeper who cleaned my room did an amazing job. Miss Vernel gets the job done amd quickly. Overall great hotel will be back soon.
