Our experience was simply devine and delicious all the way around. Impecable lodge and room accomodations and the best gormet food we've ever eaten in our lives. Truly. Just amazing food. Pat and Phil were wonderful hosts and truly understand how to create a fabulous, personal guest experience. My husband and I will definitely be back.

We recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with a stay at The Hearthstone Lodge. There were two other couples there who were also celebrating their anniversaries. Not only was it an outstanding place to stay but it also provided us with a great location central to the many activities in the surrounding areas. Pat and Phil provide a very comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere and the breakfasts are amazing. The B&B is nestled in the woods and provides you with a sense of calm; the rocking chairs on the porch are a great place to spend the afternoon reading, conversing, or just relaxing. We will return.

My wife and I stayed at the Hearthstone Lodge to celebrate our anniversary the weekend of June 5th. We found it here on tripadvisor.com and the other reviews helped us make the decision to book a room. The hospitality of Pat and Phil, along with the truly magnificent location and lodge makes this a winner for anyone who likes to relax for a weekend, read a book, take a walk, etc. There are three great rooms, the other two rooms had other couples celebrating their anniversaries. The breakfast they serve was a three course meal that all of the guests shared around a country kitchen table. We will return to enjoy the lodge again during the fall or winter season.

Our stay at The Hearthstone Lodge was over and above all of the positive reviews and comments that we read prior to our trip. The hospitality, cleanliness, decor and amazing breakfasts made this lodge 1st class all the way. The hosts Pat and Phil, truly made us feel at home. Our room was spacious but cozy, the bed had quality linens and was very comfortable. The natural surroundings of the lodge are just beautiful. We have already booked our next trip to the lodge and are looking forward to going back.
