This review is mixed. Hotel hallways smelled clean and looked clean. Our room however had a foul odor. I had to place coffee pods into the heater to try and make it tolerable. It helped a little but the room still stank. When I told the night clerk after checking in of the issue she just shrugged her shoulders and said 'E-ewe.'
I took a sleeping pill so I could sleep through the odor and did have a good nights sleep.
My husband and I also questioned whether the sheets were clean and freshly changed out for us. They did not smell fresh and were very loosely fitted like sheets that have been slept on. I'm sure it would not have mattered if I raised that concern with the front desk. She would have just said that they were changed that day. We brought in our own pillows, which we forgot there,
The rooms were well supplied.
Upon checking out, the front desk asked us about the smell. I confirmed with her that it stunk. She asked if we wanted a discount for the room. Why not just give us a discount? If you have to ask us if we want a discount why not just give us a discount. I should have said, yes, since she was offering, but I told her I was able to sleep through the night and left it at that. I thought I would find a surprise on my American Expresss bill of a discount anyway, but, no, I did not.
