“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!”

Hotel is misleading. They are not a Quality Inn. We were not advised of this until after we gave them our credit card for payment Hotel smells like mildew and musty. The shower had the ceiling panals missing so there was a huge hole in the ceiling Fixtures falling off walls. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall Carpets have not been vacuumed in months in the whole hotel. 4 tv channels that work and 3 that do no work, when we asked about this they said they were in the middle of changing providers again this was never told to us upon check in. The breakfast is toast and cereal only!!!No juice, no fruit, nothing!! The cream cheese says to keep refrigerated but just sitting on counter and it was all spoiled when I opened it up. Called Quality Inn to tell them and they said they TERMINATED these owners from the Quality Inn chain!!!! Please do not waste your money here like we did!!!

“NEVER stay here”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 December 2011

I booked the hotel days in advance for a one night say. One night, king bed with a spa in the room. We get there and go to check in and they say there are no more king beds left... And all the have left are 2 double beds. My husband and I were not happy but it was late so we opted to sleep in the separate double beds. We got into the room and the beds were all completely askew. So we moved them straight and found bananna peals and empty bags of chips amongst other trash.... We also looked at the beds and they did not look clean. We requested a new room and were moved. In the new room the beds were cleaner but still not very good. Also that night we got 2 crank calls to the room and heard tons of noise in the hallways. Over all we would NEVER go back. The front desk lady was nice, but the actual hotel was disgusting.

“Great value ~ not your typical hotel, very comfortable”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 September 2011 via mobile

Got a great deal on this hotel. Was a bit worried by traveladvisor reviews. Our experience was very positive. This hotel has an attached (Indian) wedding facility, and clearly targets south and east asian clientele (cup of noofles in the breakfast room). The place was eerily quiet when we arrived. The rooms were clean and recently remodeled. The only aspect that was supbar was the wifi (couldn't connect) and the TV (crt tv with 4 or 5 odd channels. Beds were very comfortable. We slept well. If you get a good price, don't hesitate to stay here. Not the courtyard by marriott, but very comfortable nonetheless.

“Convenience is key but is it worth forfeiting the basics?”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 July 2011

For convenience we stayed at this Quality Inn and the $72+ tax we paid gave us just that. The wedding we attended (at Lord Alberts Palace) ended at around 12 midnight and rather than drive home late at night, we walked around the corner to check in. Though we reserved two rooms with a credit card months ago (w/ confirmation email), the front desk had technical difficulties. The THREE people at the desk couldn't come up with a solution. As a side note, while sorting out our dilemma, a couple came down to the desk because apparently, they swiped their key cards and entered their room to find others already inside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you imagine?

Finally, a fourth person came to the front desk (the manager) , apologized for the delay and checked us in. Our room smelled musty, we found a coin in our bed (who knows if the sheets were laundered), the television remote was missing (when we called the front desk, they said they didn't have any spares), the bathroom door couldn't be closed, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the shower head couldn't be adjusted. We weren't expecting 5-Star service with the economic rate offered but even the basics were lacking. We ran into the manager the next morning and was very apologetic once again. He asked for our room number and adjusted the rate while checking out. That was very nice of him but I would rather the management tidy up their establishment because it was quite disgusting.

“bed bugs, filth, exposed ceiling, dirty sheets, carpet, poorly maintained, really disgusting”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 June 2011

I had the misfortune of stAying here because I got a fairly decent quote on the price...in hindsight, I'd rather pay more than to suffer through having to spend one night at the "quality" inn. There are definitely bed bugs at this place. I woke up itchy with bites. Really disgusting. First of all, the sheets were dirty, looked as if it they had been used and they were not laundered. The towels in the bathroom were definitely not washed; I was really grossed out. In fact the bathroom looked like something from a horror movie-broken tiles, exposed ceiling, a toilet that didn't stop making noise. The cable tv option is a standard so I was surprised to see only. 10 or so channels for viewing on what looked like a tv teleported from the 70's with horrible reception. The air conditioning kept making a loud noise every 7 minutes, rendering me sleepless. Overall, quite a disgusting experience...def worth paying more to stay somewhere else than have it affect your peace of mind. I have my doubts about the people who gave this hotel a good review...there is no way this place has anything good. It's disgusting and poorly maintained..really filthy.
