“Bed bugs!!!!!!!”

we stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving weekend for a wedding.... the hotel manager was very rude and the room had hair all over the bathroom and all over the sheets! The sheets were dirty we came in the room. One of our friends had bad beg bug bites all over their face and body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never had towels and there was no hot water ever! the pillows smelled so bad! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“I would have preferred to have bed bugs over all the crap I dealt with here”

We arrived on Saturday the 30th at 6 PM for a wedding. We were looking forward to an enjoyable weekend. The exterior of hotel was impressive, but as soon as we came in f** Solo took our room keys. Is he a hotel employee? After finally getting to our room we decided to head over to the bar. The bartender only knew one word "NO!" He insisted on playing bhajans (devotional indian songs) on the TV. We believed that it was very disrespectful to be playing bhajans in a place that served alcohol, but he wouldn't let us turn it off because it was "on a timer" and he didn't have the remote. So we promptly turned it off when he wasn't looking. The hotel staff was really rude and did not respect the guests. The room was bad and did not have the amenities we needed. As being a guest at the hotel, we expect breakfast in the morning, so when we went to get breakfast the hotel staff was rude and said theres no breakfast here so we can asked where can we the breakfast room and he goes I dont know, go upstairs and find out, dont ask me. In the evening when the staff was serving us beverages they were unhygienic and the cleanliness was not met. Overall the hotel was very badddd!!! This is a bad place to stay and have a event for the family.

“The worst service that I cannot image!!”

The man who stated he is managing this building is not honest for his behavior and language. Actually the enviroment is almost no noisy here and good for sleep, except some rooms near the "Beverage-Machine". Last time I wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby because nobody there in the front-desk to do check-in.

“The worst hotel i have ever stayed at”

This hotel is not clean at all on the inside, sheets dont fit the mattresses or pillow cases dont fit the pillows. They checked us in the first room that someone was already in and sleeping I might add.... Not good to walk in a room with sleeping people. The second room the sheet would not fit the mattresses and the ac did not work. These were non smoking rooms but you could tell people smoked in all of them. The third room they put us in We ended up staying in but the pillow cases did not cover the pillows , thankfully we had our own and there was a huge stain in the under neath sheet. I slept on top of all the covers and could not wait to leave in the am. We only stayed because it was 2 am by the time we got in from NC. Needless to say we got our money back for the second night. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.... I have stayed in Nicer Motel 6 hotels!

“Lots of Bedbugs”

Had very bad experience at this hotel.We faced lots of Bedbug problem in the middle of night..We came at 3.00 am in the morning..and we left at 4.00 am in the morning..The room which they gave us had lots of bedbugs..Please never ever plan to stay at this hotel.
