“Totally exceeds expectation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 February 2012

we originally booked the Astana Batubelig villa, same company with Ranadi villa, however due to some unexpected power breakdown of Batubelig, the company operations manager switched us to Ranadi for free, an even more expensive villa. That is the beginning of our unexpected dream vacation on Valentines Day. the villa is absolutely luxurious with huge space of room, beautiful garden, private pool and living room. Very clean and tranquil. Most importantly, the staff are so helpful and kind to us. Great value of money.
Terima Kasih. Definitely will go next time. LOVE IT

Room Tip: There are also two-bedroom and three-bedroom huge villas available for family and friends

“Wonderful and friendly staff!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 February 2012

The villa is in a good location within walking distance of the many shops and cafe's in Seminyak; albeit it's a little more inside a small side-road. The staff is warm, friendly and very helpful. The villa itself is good, although it needs a bit of sprusing up - you can tell it's a little old and has a little more mileage. That said, it is good value for money and the amenities that come with it (round-trip airport transfers + choice of 1hr couple massage or lunch) are awesome! I'd stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

“Loved it 100%”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 February 2012

We stayed here for four nights, also on the Groupon deal and loved every minute of it. Having been in Bali for 5 nights already before this, we spent most of our time in our villa! We called the day of arrival from another hotel and they offered straight away to pick us up. Checkin was great, we were there a little early but they swiftly checked us in and we sat on big lounges and played chess (which they provided) until we were able to.

The actual villa is incredible. It is quite small but the space is utilized very well! The pool is lovely and you can access it from the bath. It was amazing sitting in the bath and looking out onto the pool and garden! The room is quite small, but has everything you need, and the air-con was perfect. The outdoor shower was my favourite part of the villa! It was so different but so nice. The dining room/kitchen is also outside, separate to the bedroom/bathroom, but was surprisingly cool. The room is cleaned every day, as well as a turndown service at night where they do another quick clean for you which was a really nice touch. You enjoy complete privacy too which was good!

The staff here are amazing and can speak English a lot better than most of the places we have stayed there. They are always willing to help where they can (even with a late checkout, make sure you ask!). The restaurant staff and cleaners don't know as much, so just always ask reception.

We didn't really like the spa very much compared to others in Bali, although the outdoor area looked quite nice.

The breakfast was nice and BIG every morning and we loved that and we ate at the restaurant for one lunch which was also quite nice.

All in all, I can completely understand why these villas have one such prestigious awards over the past few years. It was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

NOTE: if you booked with groupon, make sure you ensure that you get your full 2 hour spa PER PERSON and romantic candlelit dinner in your villa as we didn't get these (Villas Indonesia's fault - who are completely hopeless) but after reading other reviews apparently we were supposed to, so just push a little at the start of your stay.

Room Tip: DEFINITELY ask for a room with a lower number, the larger numbers can be quite far from reception.

“wonderful villa and staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012

We have just returned from a great week-long trip in Bali, and Ranadi villas was definitely a highlight. We booked Ranadi via a Groupon deal, which included 4 nights at a one-bedroom pool villa, breakfast daily, set lunch, romantic dinner, 2 hour spa treatment and airport transfers. The villa itself is gorgeous, beautiful private pool and outdoor seating area. The bedroom was spacious, and the bathroom was very unique, with its outdoor shower and toilet and a gorgeous bath tub which overlooks the pool. Breakfast was wonderful; you can choose to either eat in your villa or in the restaurant. The private dinner was very romantic, the staff decorated our pool with beautiful flowers and candles. I have to say the highlight of the experience was the service- all the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They do offer free transport around town when available, however it is quiet easy to get to JL laksmana on foot from the hotel. The only real complaint I had was cleanliness - the couches in the outdoor dining area were stained in many places. Also, our linen had stain marks on them a couple of the nights. All in all though, we had a wonderful experience at Ranadi, and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We stayed for 4 nights, checkout Christmas Day 2011.
Rooms really clean, had no problems with insects at any time. Private lap pool is gorgeous!!
A little bit of mould in the outside shower area ( but as we are from the tropics in North Queensland, understand how that come appear almost overnight!!)
No problem working with the shuttle service, staff happy to accomodate where possible, had a manicure/pedicure at the spa, awesome value!!

Would recommend this villa..

Room Tip: Low numbers are near Restaurant, could be noisy, we were in Room 9, perfect!!
