“Location and value”

Excellent location just minutes away from the restuarants and bars. Friendly staff, helpful, cheerful and willing to go a step ahead.

Rooms are clean, well designed and it doesn't get any better when it comes to price/quality.

Breakfast is good, with plenty of options and full service. The only note is that espresso coffee is not included in the price but still very affordable.

Recommendable for friends or young couples...

“Location location location!”

I initially stayed in a delux room overlooking the quiet pool. View was lovely, room clean, but unfortunately the noise from other guests returning from a night out, woke me numerous times. I don't know why they don't sound proof the long echoing hallways.
I moved to a 2 bedroom villa, and that was fabulous,-it potentially slept 6. Plenty of room for a large family. However, there are more villa being built both sides of our complex, and I often found all the workman staring in from their 2 storey view. I felt a little uncomfortable being watched. We went to Ubud for a few days, and Amadea looked after our bags. On our return, our room was not ready to check into, even tho it was after 2pm, but we were offered an upgrade for a minimal price to a jr suite. I preferred the delux room. I would stay again, as the hotel is in a great location for shops and restaurants. Hoping the lovely staff are still wearing smiles

“Best Massage in Bali!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 February 2012

Friendly staff, modern resort not really handy to beach but right in the shopping and restaurant area of Seminyak. Rooms are average size - big bed and comfortable. When we arrived the air con was not working properly but the filter was cleaned and we were cool again. The bathroom shower rail kept falling down but the maintenance boys eventually fixed it. No free wi-fi in rooms only in lobby which is pretty warm, note to manager - even a fan would be good!! Breakfast was ok - long walk from the street to the resort - they do have buggies but not always available. Two pools - best part was the massage - do yourself a favour and indulge - it was fantastic!!

“Villas are luxury in a great location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012 via mobile

I stayed with my husband and two children 7 and 9 years for 3 nights in a 2 bed villa with pool. It was stunning! Upstairs there is a tv lounge with the option to sleep 2, the twin bed room with tv, a room with double sinks and cupboards for clothing, and a huge bathroom with bath, toilet and open air shower. Downstairs was living room, dinning and kitchen. In a separate area in the other side of the pool was parents room and bathroom with bath toilet and shower. There were 4 tvs with DVD players. Fittings were good quality and the downstairs concertina doors could be shut to keep the mozzies out. The only concern I had was the children were in a separate house to us but the heavy double doors at the entrance could be bolted from the inside. Staff were great, breakfast a bit boring but you are on eat street. If the kids got bored there were 2 public pools also to swim in. An A class venue!
