There were many travelers checking in after several flights were canceled. The front desk worker, Michael, handled the high volume very well. He was friendly and efficient. I really appreciate his service and my whole experience at Baymont.

I am traveling a lot state to state because of my job, This is the first time I've stayed in Baymont inn and suites,Charlotte NC. This Hotel is very near to the airport and have very nice shuttle services. after i reached to the hotel, i have seen there is a lobby full people from airport and the front desk Harry took care of everybody very nice and quick. very nice rooms, very comforts bed they have, they set up my wake up call and best breakfast in the morning and than again shuttle service to the airport 24hr and WOW what a stay i ever have in my life.

This is an older property that has done some upgrades. My flight was cancelled really late (actually early a.m.) and no other hotel shuttles were still working. I was really leery when I walked down the hallway to my room, however, the room itself was fine. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well.
The breakfast was another story.....very minimal supplies of food and the choices were really bad.
With the airlines cancelling so many flights, there were many guests trying to get rooms. The front desk clerk was calm and diligent to get everyone a place to stay for the night. Thanks to you, Michael.

My stay was for just one night during a business trip. The location of the hotel was between the airport and my business destination. Great location! The room was clean but the bathroom fan was hanging down from the ceiling and was very noisy. The staff was excellent. Check in and check out was quick. The breakfast was just OK, but sufficient. The rate was very acceptable. No frills but nice for one night.

Describe the service you experienced- this service was terrible. I've never stayed in a hotel, where the front desk person went and view my room before checking me out. I felt very violated, when the front desk person came back. I ask if she found anything stolen. I will never stay in another Baymont Inn suite. I stayed at the Baymont Inn Suite off I-85 close to the Charlotte Airport. address: 3101 Scott Futrell Dr, Charlotte, NC 28208
