We love this hotel! I have four children and we drive through this area every December. It's by far the best deal for such a nice hotel with a pool and hot tub. It's very well kept and clean. I had no problems with my 8 month old crawling on the floor - it was very clean! The staff is always very kind and helpful. The continential breakfast is great too! Lots of choices and even a waffle maker. My kids look forward to staying here every year. We'll continue to stay here!

a. One particular desk clerk at Strasburg Ramada was very curt to me, my wife and 3 of our relatives.
b. The coffee in the breakfast area was weak not only to my wife's and my taste but to two of our relatives who stated at Strasburg Ramada.
c. The room heater emitted a burning smell when operating.
d. Only 3 dresser drawers were available for two guests staing for 5 days

3rd year for our golf trip. We have booked it again for next year.

We booked over 10 rooms for our son's wedding. We found the hotel to be clean, the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We requested non smoking rooms and occasionally we could smell smoke wafting in from other rooms...hopefully they will become a total nonsmoking hotel soon. After the wedding we all sat in the hotel lobby and talked about the wedding and the staff never bothered us. Overall we found it to be a great price for a good hotel. amish country is just a few minutes west and even though this wasn't a sight seeing trip we did sneak in a vist to the walnut creek cheese factory. The only other down side for us was there was no business center or public computer/printer for us to print out boarding passes. So many hotels offer that now, it would have been nice to have.
