After a rough day of travel and flight delays, my flight into Pittsburgh was over an hour late. By the time I arrived at the hotel it was 2 AM. I was greeted so warmly and genuinely by Jill. She asked if I needed anything and I asked for a banana and maybe a small milk container. They didn't have the mini milks, but she poured me a glass and found a banana for me. This was superior customer service for her help me out after the travel challenges I had. The room was a king with comfy bed, a very large bathroom with great water pressure and the breakfast in the morning was fresh and oatmeal and bagel hit the spot and I continued home. We need more "Jill's" to make us feel welcome and like we are at home. Also noticed the night staff were busy cleaning, which was nice to see.More
