This Homewood Suites is off Woodruff Rd in Greenville SC. The area the hotel is located is full of places to eat, both unique and chain type. There is a nice mall nearby and a Whole Foods market accross the street. The hotel itself is very large and spread out by the nature of the rooms. The rooms are very large and comfortable and the people that work at the hotel are nice and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had a bad experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites in Greenville and would highly recommend it to others. It was nice and clean and the hot breakfast is a great addition.

We stayed at Homewood Suites recently and were looking for a two bedroom suite which they do not offer. Instead we were given a one bedroom suite that has two queen beds in one room and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room area. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable however the pillows were small and not wonderful.

One major problem was the incredibly slow internet service. It was virtually impossible to use a computer without pulling your hair out. We also asked if the sofa bed would be ready to use upon check in and was told that it would have clean sheets upon arrival. We found no sheets on the sleeper and had to call the front desk. The front desk was very helpful and told us where to locate them so we could make up the bed....not a big deal but we were tired after traveling.

Breakfast was fine ... typical breakfast food.

Great location right off the highway with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel appeared fairly new.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Homewood Suites in Greenville and would recommend this hotel to others.

The location is convenient, between the 2 main highways, but traffic could be a bit congested at times. Not horrible, but definitely suburban busy. About 15 or 20 minutes (easy drive) to downtown fun, and around 15 minutes (very easy drive) to the airport. Shopping is nearby as is a huge movie theater. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within no more than a 5 minute drive. I enjoyed some college football on Saturday afternoon at the Buffalo Wild Wings (5 minute drive in traffic). For groceries to stock your kitchen check out the Whole Foods (VERY close) or Trader Joe's (not far, either). It was nice to have a big fridge and microwave. Didn't use the stove, but it was there. I also enjoyed the in house reception (which was enough for dinner) Thursday evening and the breakfast most mornings. So, I was set for food and drink!

I took advantage of the pool area on a few occasions. It was nice and quiet. Just grab a towel at the front desk on your way out. The gym looked nice, but I didn't venture in.

I was very comfortable in my studio suite. Already mentioned the kitchen. The seating area was good. The bed was comfortable. I loved the fact that there was a ceiling fan. Shower was pretty nice, especially if I were taller and a guy...not enough shelf space for us ladies, so I was putting bottles on the floor. Not the most convenient, but it was super clean and good otherwise. Actually, I felt like the whole room was especially clean.

If I'm back in the Greenville area, I'd definitely look into staying at the Homewood Suites again!
