My husband and I stayed at Island Vista five days and really enjoyed the resort! We picked a quite time and great weather and thouroughly enjoyed it. We needed time to rest and relax and we found it all at Island Vista. Every single person made us feel that they were there to take care of us and they did an excellent job! I will recommend this resort to everyone!

Our recent vacation week at the Island Vista Hotel was extremely enjoyable thanks to the facilities and amenities offerd by the hotel. Located directly on the beach, we enjoyed the beauty, peace, and sounds of the ocean surf as well as walking the beach for exercise. The room accomodations were attractively furnished, clean, and comfortable. The food served at the in-house Cypress Room were delicious, attractively presented, and serrved by efficient and courteous servers. We also appreciated the availability of the covered parking garage accessible directly from the hotel. Close proximity to shopping and live entertainment was anothe plus feature.

I have stayed at numerous properties at Myrtle Beach and had to continue to search for a place to stay because the properties never lived up to my standards. The search ended 4 years ago when I discovered Island Vista. Everything about the hotel is perfect. The location is central to both North and South Myrtle Beach, the beach is not crowded since it is in a residential section, the staff is wonderful, the accommodations are clean, spacious and well taken care of, the food and service in the restaurant is fantastic, the amenities are perfect, a lifeguard is stationed on the beach in front of the resort. I leave Island Vista with that wonderful Island feel. I highly recommend this hotel...Enjoy..

This was a wonderful experience. We stayed at this property the weekend of 9/10 - 9/12. We had a 1 bedroom oceanfront room that was spacious and beautifully decorated. The property was quiet and the grounds were immaculate. The parking garage was onsite. The fitness center served its purpose. I will stay here again.
