“Ruby's is a town unto Itself!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 May 2012

Ruby's is an experience. We stayed here as a group tour chosen hotel and it is a town unto itself. Hotel rooms, campground, post office, general store, restaurant...it has everything. The room was clean and tidy and the staff was extremely helpful. There is no real "town" nearby, so Ruby's sort of has an monopoly on the tourist trade. We bough lunch fixiings at the general store and ate outside. We had dinner in the dning room and had a tasty buffet. The more casual food part was still closed for the season, but the menu was more than adequate. Lots of tour buses, so be sure to have reservations and make them far in advance. We saw several people turned away because there was not room at the inn! Staff was so friendly. I needed ot buy some alcohol and they were out, so the one salesperson went to her house and brought us some from home when she went home to feed her cats and didn't even want to be compensated! Lots of senior help who come for the summer and work at the facilit. The manager of the gift shop has been coming for many years for the summer and she was so sweet and friendly. A definitely great place to stay! There is a newer Best Western across the street if you desire a newere facility with complimentary breakfast.

“Decent Price and VERY clean!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 April 2012

I am germ paraniod, and Ruby's Inn felt safe and clean for sure! We stayed in Panguitch the first night which has an array or marginally clean little motels. The second night we stayed at Ruby's Inn and loved it. The woman who checked us in was a little unpleasant, but a veru friendly man working with her gave us a list of restaurants and cheerfully jumped in to offer other tips. We pais $85 for King (with a AAA discount). The price wasn't too bad and the room was great! We'll stay again for sure. Highly recommened!

“RV Camping at Beautiful Bryce”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 February 2012 via mobile

We stayed at Ruby's in a motorhome and it was a blast. My four children, wife and I stayed in a full hook up pull through site. The resort has a heated pool, spa, full grocery store, laundry and best of all the tram service picks you up from the front and transports you all throughout Bryce National Park. Once you set up camp you never have to drive again. My children also enjoyed hiking through the woods, being greeted by deer in the mornings, and the large level grounds allowed them to freely ride their bikes. Our favorite activity was star gazing inside Bryce after sundown.

“You can't do better at Bryce Canyon than Ruby's”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 February 2012

I have spent many nights at Ruby's Inn during the last 20 years and I have always been happy with the room, the service, the food, no complaints. This week we stayed at Ruby's during their winter festival, so they were particularly busy. In all the years I have stayed there I have never had a problem with my room. This year our heating unit was not working correctly (and it was below zero at the time) and our son's room had some issues with the door lock. In both instances Ruby's housekeeping/maintenance staff were there to assist us within minutes of our calling the front desk. Not only were they prompt and professional they were genuinely very friendly.

Room Tip: We always take our dog so we stay in the lakeside lodge.

“A fun stay, in a real tipi”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 February 2012

We stayed in August and the tipi was exactly as we expected. It is fitted with a large ground sheet, but otherwise is empty so bring your own sleeping bags and camp mats ( and a torch). There is a picnic table for each tipi and a fire pit. There are lots of food options at Ruby's - all very busy but fun - we found Ruby's quite hectic after stays in quieter parks, but actually it was a nice change. The toilet block was clean ( but the children had to cross the RV drive in area, which worried me) - the main disappointment was the location of the tipis - at the edge of the site, along the main road ( although not too busy generally).

I'm not sure if I'd stay there again if we visited Bryce, but it was definitely worth visiting to say we'd stayed in a tipi!
