But, the room was clean and comfortable; my room actually had a fireplace; room 428. I had one of the studio suites; the studio suites have a king size bed and the one bedroom suites have queen size beds. The room has a small desk, a nice/new 32 inch HD LCD TV, and full kitchen. Cable line-up was decent. The kitchen has a full size frig w/ ice maker, two burner stove, dish washer, microwave, sink and disposal. The room layout is very comfortable and relaxing. The HD TV swivels so you can watch TV on the coach or on the bed. The hotel serves dinner Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday; new schedule for 2013. Breakfast is served everyday; hot breakfast, waffle makers, oatmeal; cold fruit, cereal, yogurt and juice and coffee options as well. Front desk staff are helpful and polite. The location is easily accessible from/to I-64 and is located across the street from the Greenbrier Mall. Located just south of the hotel is the Crossways Shopping Center. Between the two of them there are many choices for food and shopping within minutes. I was working at the Norfolk NAS and it was real easy to get to/from work. The location is great. The hotel has an indoor pool,...More
