Hospedaje Valeria is a clean and simple place to stay when visiting Granada, Nicaragua. Valeria and her spouse Franco are always on the property. There's a nice sized lobby in front, and all the rooms face the small, but beautiful garden in the courtyard. What makes this place so nice is the location. The hospedaje is a few short blocks away from the busy-ness of Parque Central. Go to the park, have fun, and chill in the quiet neighborhood. There is an amazing Chinese restaurant across the street, which also has a parilla (BBQ) out on the sidewalk at night. The food is simple, but excellent.

The rooms at Hospedaje Valeria are simple, but extremely comfortable. You won't be spending much time in them anyway... They have air conditioning, hot water (not suicide showers) and wifi. Breakfast is served every morning, along with cafe con leche, etc.

Valeria chooses her guests carefully. That's why the place has such a nice atmosphere. All the guests I've met while staying here are mature, respectful but funny, with lots of traveling stories to share. Valeria and Franco are long-time locals, and know lots about the area and things to do.

You can certainly spend more if you want to, but if you only need clean and friendly, this is the place to stay... Oh yes, Pure Spa is a three block walk for yoga, massage, gym and spa services.
