The location of this hotel could not be better as it sits right on the beach in a wonderful quiet bay, and the views out to sea are stunning.
The rooms are clean and adequate in size with T.V. Hairdryer, Mini Bar, Kettle, Safe Deposit Box, Air Conditioning, Bath/Shower but no refrigerator.
The staff at this hotel will go out of their way to ensure you have a great holiday.
There is a very large restaurant with such a huge choice always on offer that it’s sometimes difficult to decide what to have.
There is a good size pool and plenty of sun beds and parasols, the sun beds have mattresses for extra comfort. Pool towels are also available and free to collect from reception.
There are two bars, the Maricel Bar in the main building and the pool bar. Across the road from the hotel there is a bank with a cash point should you need any extra euro’s.
This hotel is for adults only, which suited our needs for a holiday of peace and quiet. Be careful at the bar as a small bottle of water will set you back 2.10 euro’s and a beer 3.20 euro’s.
There is a supermarket just around the corner so you can purchase all the items you want at reasonable prices.
The Rep’s try very hard to get guests involved with the usual activities and the response is usually good although they...The location of this hotel could not be better as it sits right on the beach in a wonderful quiet bay, and the views out to sea are stunning.

What I did like about this hotel, is the manager is always around and very approachable, if there is something you need or that you are not happy about, he will do his best to put things right.
This hotel is now looking a little dated and could do with a refurbishment, but don’t let this put you off, we had a great time at the Hotel Camp de Mar and I would certainly recommend it.
The resort of Camp de Mar is rather quiet with a few bars and restaurants, and there is a driving range only a short walk away for any golfers that need a bit of practice.
If you fancy a trip out, I can recommend a visit to Valldemossa and Soller then catch the train back to Palma for a change.
One thing we did not like, was the strong smell of sewage that comes from the sea, this was very off putting and can be very strong at times.
It’s very amusing to see the rush for sun beds in the mornings, the doors to the pool area don’t open until 8.30 but queues start forming at 7.30 when guests line up their towels and then queue behind them. This is so funny and I understand that this has been filmed and put on YouTube.
I don’t think this is about sun beds, it’s about parasols and some people were having 2 parasols each which I feel the management should look into.
If you fancy a short trip out, a taxi to Paguera will only cost you about 6 euro’s and 7 euro’s will get you to Andrax
Guest in the old part of the hotel will experience quite a lot of noise from Club Camp de Mar Hotel across the road, this is annoying for anyone that goes to bed early, but it does finish at about 11.30.More
