This hotel meets the expecations as a beach front Hampton Inn. I'm used to staying at Hampton Inns for work, so this was an exception that was booked using my reward points. The room was nice, and also quite at night which was a plus. The elevator is about 100 degrees, not sure what that is about. The hotel is nicely situated at the north part of VA beach, close to the Neptune statue. There are a few places near by to eat, although I think there are more on the south side of VA Beach. I had long coarse black hairs folded inside the bathroom towels. It was not appealing. Otherwise, no complaints about the room what so ever. The restaurant there just plain is not good at all. So I suggest skipping it and finding somehwere else to eat. The food was dull, boring, and the waitstaff was slow and maybe just new to the job. Serriously, go find another place to eat near by.
