First time staying in Leavenworth and it was amazing! We were there mid-week before Christmas to enjoy the holiday lights and festivities. We absolutely loved our experience and could not have chosen a better place to stay. The rooms were very beautifully furnished, with character, style, and the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. They offer your choice of breakfast foods, brought to your room or in the lovely dining room. Balconies overlooking the river and the hot tub are what sold us, not to mention the very short stroll to town (close enough but far enough away) Staff was very friendly. Overall, we were ecstatic about our choice of hotels and want to go back again and again.

We stayed here over New Years. I have to say that the place looks a bit old and shabby on the outside, but the rooms are up to date, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is great, and was different each morning. Plenty to choose from. A nice brisk walk to town worked off the calories too. Lovely balcony view of the river below. We even saw a bald eagle fly by!

I have to admit that the reason my husband and I chose this place was for the price. And when we arrived we were a little uncertain about our decision considering it's right off the highway and the looks of the outside were less than fantastic. However, I wouldn't choose any other place in Leavenworth to stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, the view of the river outside was amazing and we didn't hear the highway one bit. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning at our specified time and delicious and filling. It was a bit of a walk into the downtown area (about 4 blocks) but very pleasant. And shortly after we arrived home from our trip we received a letter from the hotel thanking us for our stay. I have never felt more appreciated as a guest or more comfortable. I highly recommend giving Alpine Rivers Inn a stay and you'll see why it's an excellent pick!

My friend and I stayed at the Alpine Rivers Inn for two days. The room was nice, however when we woke up the first morning we found the connecting door to the next room was open. When I informed the front desk she handed me a key and saif go lock it. I felt this was something they should have taken care of. I will never stay there again.
