We stayed here for four nights while touring the area. The hotel itself is very good, clean and up to date. The housekeeping staff is great. The room we stayed in was larger and more roomy than a typical chain hotel room. The outside would fool you though as it looks unmaintained and ther is a very steep hill to walk up to the front door of the hotel form the parking lot. Very odd... The free breakfast is adequate and they even have waffles. The wi-fi was mysteriously down during our first 2 days, I literally had to hold my laptop up to the window to get the free Olympic peninsula wi-fi if I wanted internet access. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the front desk situation. There was a woman there when we arrived, probably late 40's, who was fairly helpful. When we asked why the wi-fi was down she said she called the cable company but the next day it was still broken. The morning of the third day was the kicker...no one was at the front desk at all or had been all night. No breakfast was ready, no one was able to check out...nothing. This was at almost 10AM. There was a little sign to call room 206 if you needed anything, there was no answer at that number. Some of the departing guests became infuriated because they couldn't check out and, I assume, got a hold of the owner because shortly thereafter a young Asian girl showed up and immediately took charge and everything came back to normal, the wi-fi even started working! If this staff was on during my entire stay I would've given the hotel 5 stars.

Very disappointed with our stay. Upon walking into the lobby it smelled of stale cigarette smoke, and even more so in the stairwell and in our room which was a nonsmoking. We were moved to another room that was odor free. ( upon moving us the desk clerk said she had the same problem with the room the week before and thought it smelled sort of funky..the following day one could tell they had used some type of deodarizer in the halls and had all the windows open.) Two days in a row I had no hot water for a shower. Was told the reason on the second day was because they were filling the pool. When I told them it might be wiser to fill the pool during the n ight and not the peak morning the desk clerk could have cared less. The rooms need some updating, paint is peeling, blankets have holes in them. There are not that many motels and they have a busy summer season so I guess they can charge totally outrageous prices. The only good thing was our room was quiet. If you stay there do not get a room that fronts the highway. This place does not look appealing from the road and hopefully you will find another place to stay!

From the outside this looks like a horrible place. The grounds I don't think are mowed at all, but I didn't care too much about that. The staff was very friendly and even told us how to get to the near by dog park (which is worth the walk). The room had 2 queen beds, small fridge and microwave. The AC worked well and also had a fan option for white noise. I think a lot of families stay here because we could hear running in the hallway above us. Also I think the walls were a bit thin because we could hear the toddler next door pretty easily. Over all I think it was an ok stay. There was free breakfast in the morning (which there was a line for the 1 waffle maker) and free wifi. There was an indoor pool by the lobby but I didn't try it. It was a good nights sleep.

We paid $128 + a $15 pet surcharge (which was not disclosed nor advertised). The pics looked nice but...
1) Rooms were dusty and blankets had burn holes. The carpet was stained and really old. The windows had a gross film on them and had not been cleaned in years.
2) No ice buckets and the staff shrugged it off with a snort.
3) The indoor pool...is ice cold and unusable. Our kids went in as far as their knees and retreated.
4) The staff, who look like tattooed meth heads, park in the handicap spots, nice touch of class.
5) Overgrown weeds and 4' high grass surround the hotel.
6) The continental breakfast was minimal: waffles, toast or cheerios. I picked up a pear but discovered it was a wax fruit. The coffee was hot though.
Thank goodness the neighbors were quiet... AVOID this hotel at all costs. A night at the Greyhound station is equal in quality and free.
