We stayed here instead of Hood River. It's clean and very quiet. Good breakfast. Very friendly owner. Definitely stay here again

When we arrived at Trout Lake Valley Inn we were surprised to find such comfort in the middle of nowhere. It's a small family business which you notice just from the beginning. The owners welcome you in a manner of warmth and friendliness.
Our room was absolutely clean and tidiet up. Every detail outside and inside the Motel
is done with love and care.
Everything is held in excellent condition.
Room Service only "disturbs" by your request, when you hang out the Service-Sign
in front of your door.
The WiFi connection is standard broadband, stable and without annoying Login-proceedure.
The breakfast is small but absolutely adequate.

Due to the fact that it's far outside the land, there were no disturbances
from around. The view outside your room is not that vast, but you only have to open the door and go for a walk to experience nature with a beautiful look at mount adams.

You can always wash and dry your clothes there for around 2.50$ (drying included)
They even have a hot tub.

This place gets my fullest recommendation.

The Trout Lake Motel is more then just a motel, its an experience. Nestled in beautiful Trout lake, the motel enhances a trip to a area that is so very unique and beautiful. If you want to experience Mt Adams the forest surrounding the Mountain then Trout Lake Motel is a must.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoy a room with a comfy love seat in front of a gas fireplace. Nice and cozy. The color of the room was a bit dark, but there were plenty of lights to brighten it up and a wonderful view out the window.
The decor was very fun as it had log furniture and an outdoors theme.
The sweet potato waffles were very good that were served as part of the free breakfast.
I would love to stay here again!
