This hotel is nice looking, however the bed we had was horrible. One of the worst nights sleep I have ever had. We were in a room with a King size bed and a pull out couch and I think the pull out couch would have been more comfortable. The pillows were horrible too unless you like the fake down pillows that look fluffy but are barely filled with anything so you have to use 3 to equal the size of a normal pillow. Worst nights sleep I have had in a really long time and I have 9 month old twins.

We had been traveling for about two weeks and were on our way home. It was getting late and we noticed some of the other motels were filling up. We took a chance on the Hampton. It was an excellent place to end our vacation. One of the best places we have ever stayed. If we are even close to Pinedale again we will go out of our way to come back here. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but looked in at it. It was far above average. Exceptional breakfast also. Loved the huge shower! Everything was perfect, including very friendly staff. Well worth the little extra we spent.

Stayed here one night on way to vacation in Jackson Hole, Tetons & Yellowstone. Convenient location, not too far from Jackson Hole area and a lot less expensive.

Just what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn - clean & comfortable with a nice free breakfast. Would recommend.

We had a reservation for a non-smoking room. As we entered the so-called "No Smoking" room, it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. As we were tired from a day of travel, we attempted to stay. But my wife soon started to have an asthma attack. I complained to the front desk and they were very gracious and apologetic in moving us into another room. When I asked how that room could be considered a non-smoking room, they admitted that they would use that room as an overflow smoking room when all their smoking rooms were taken. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! They deliberately put smokers in non-smoking rooms! The staff was very accommodating but what would have happened if they didn’t have another non-smoking room to put us in? And why didn’t they put us in that room first? While they were helpful, they did not offer any discount or coupons for our troubles. IF YOU ARE A NON-SMOKER, ASK TO INSPECT THE ROOM FIRST FOR ITS ORDER!
