Used the Four Points for a business stay in Philadelphia. Check in was fast and easy and valet parking convenient. You can even take your care in and out at no additional fee. Parking however is $24 a day. They had just installed a new elevator system that required your room key to make it work. Took a little time getting it to work, but since it was a brand new system --ok (needed to work out kinks).Had to be at Philly convention center early the next morning- stepped out the door and I was there. Reading Terminal right there too, plenty of dining options.
I used their room service only to be pleasantly surprised, paid $8 for a FULL breakfast- omelet, potatoes, bacon and toast. And the food was great, went downstairs to the restaurant for the same meal the following morning and the service they provided was exceptional. I found everyone to be very attentive and professional.
Room was clean and updated.Free wifi and flat screen tv. Bathroom clean, floor can get a litle slippery after showering, be careful. Make sure to put down bath mat.
I had an issue with a tire on my car and desk clerk Rhonda took my cell number and informed me during my event at the convention center that my car tire was still inflated, so I wouldnt be surprised when I returned by a flat tire. They offered to inflate it if had it been flat so I wouldnt have to deal with it upon my return. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of each hotel employee I came across. I plan to stay here again and again.
