We just came back from Philadelphia and we are very disappointed with the valet parking. We have a lexus that was never smoked in. After getting in our car in smelled from smoking and the person even put our air conditioner on to try to get rid of it. I called the Sheraton and told of our problem which was suppose to be brought to the GM's attention. I received a call from the valet parking and he said when did you notice the smell, ask what the valet person looked like and said he would address it. End of conversation. The GM never bottered to call me back and I think our parking should of been refunded if nothing else. I also complained about the pillows but received no response,Also the bed pillows were worthless.

This is a great hotel in downtown Philadelphia! The common areas and rooms are very clean and well appointed with flat screen tv's, granite countertops, and nice dark wood furniture. It is within walking distance of several major attractions in downtown Philadelphia like the Liberty Bell and the Philadelphia Museum of Art where Sylvester Stallone ran up the steps in the movie Rocky. I enjoyed my stay here :)

An attractive if generic hotel set in a prime location, (for convention center and museums and short walk to Market street) we spent Thanksgiving at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, beds and linens first class, and bathrooms modest but fine. There were a number of small unfortunate issues however, due perhaps to holiday understaffing, which stressed our otherwise perfect weekend. Not the place to air these issues, when reported to the hotel's management, they were very quick to respond. They were courteous, professional and left us feeling, instead of turned off, as valued guests. Would we use this hotel again? Yes. It provided good value in prime location of a gorgeous city, and we are now totally satisfied.

had a great stay, everyone was very helpful-but the bar was superb. The bartenders knew every drink and were the warmest people that I met in Philly, especially Janel and Minh. I almost can't wait to go back to Philly!
