“Excellent place to stay!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 January 2012

We spent 3 nights here during BCS Championship weekend and had a BLAST!!! Craig, who owns the place really makes you feel right at home. He was very helpful in recommending nightlife, restaurants, places to see, etc. The apartment was stocked with a few snacks upon our welcome and it was clean. Great location in the French Quarter!! Close to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. Nice balcony you can look down from. Very secure place. Can't wait to come back for a Saints game. I will definitely stay there again in the future!!

Room Tip: Apartment #7 is perfect for 3 people. One queen size bed and they have a nice twin seat that conver...

“Just like home”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 January 2012

Just got back from another trip to New Orleans and my 3rd visit to the St. Philip Apts. Room was exceptionally clean. I love the at-home atmosphere and the location. I enjoy having my own kitchen to store snacks and beverages. Being in the residential side of the quarter, everything is relatively quiet. Great tips on places to go that I had never been to before. Love staying here!

My husband and I and another couple stayed here for the weekend. We had a fabulous time in New Orleans, as usual, but it was even better due to our find of the St. Philip French Quarter Apartments. It was the perfect location, safe, no noise at night. We will definitely stay with them again. The apartment was very nice and roomy. Can't wait to come back!

“Great location and awesome apartment!”

I've been coming to NOLA for Jazz Fest every year and have been here a couple of times for New Year's and Voodoo Fest. All those times, I stayed at nice hotels, but this NYE, my partner and I wanted to stay in something different because honestly, I was getting tired of staying in hotels especially the ones where you can't store water in a fridge because they will charge you an arm and a leg if you remove "one of their stupid bottles". Plus, I like to have a kitchen in the room just in case you don't want to go out to breakfast or want to make a quick snack. I like having the option of cooking your own food or warming up your leftovers then constantly going out to eat. I know it's NOLA and there's amazing food everywhere, but sometimes I like having that option. If you want something different and want a place where it's clean, great location, and want privacy, this is a great alternative. It has a cute courtyard that you can just hangout and relax. Also, you can buy some groceries at the French Market or another local market and store it in your kitchen. Plus, they have a coffee maker and provide Community Coffee which is a Louisiana coffee and taste great. They don't provide daily housekeeping which for me is fine because I can't stand someone knocking on my door every morning and waking me up especially a long night of out. Plus, if you're able, you should clean your own room, seriously. They do provide clean towels every other day which is frequent and convenient.
If you want a recommendation on places to eat or check out places of interests in NOLA then you can walk into the office and ask the owner who is awesome and easy to talk to. He's pretty knowledgable of the city and surrounding areas. Plus, he can steer you away from the touristy parts which I appreciate it.
Bottom line: if you want to stay in a clean, great location, and non-hotel like place, I would highly recommend St. Philip French Quarter Apartments. We liked it so much that we booked for Jazz Fest before we left.

Room Tip: You can always call them and they will truthfully tell you which rooms are quieter.
