I stayed in this Residence Inn for two nights - a Thursday and Friday. I was attending a conference at another hotel just up the road, but this one was much less expensive and had a full kitchen which is very important to me. I was really very impressed with my stay. I can understand what some other reviewers are referring to when they say that the hotel needs some updating, and the bar across the street did have some very loud music for a short while one night while I was there, but overall I really enjoyed my stay. The desk staff was extremely nice to me - especially Eric, he was very helpful. When I got to the hotel I was hungry and asked how I could get something to eat. Eric gave me several menus from the area that deliver, and I called one of them when I got to my room. I also asked for them to call me a cab for Saturday morning to take me to the airport, and they were very nice and remembered to do so. I was very happy that they called a private cab service for me - I wasn't expecting it, but it was great, and it was the same price as the cab that brought me to the hotel from the airport. The hotel also has a very nice breakfast with several options, and that was so great for me. I didn't end up having time to go to the supermarket (there is a Publix quite close to the hotel), and most Residence Inns I have stayed at don't have a breakfast because of the full kitchens in the rooms. My room was very nice - the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of room, the bathroom was nice and clean, and did not look old to me. The only tiny complaint I would have is that the refrigerator made a lot of noise, so that probably needs to be updated. I would definitely return to this hotel.
