I will try to make this review short and meaningful, as it has already been stated that this is a phenomenal hotel with exception service. We booked our travel through Whatahotel.com. We traveled as a family for a quick 6 day getaway for my birthday. We have a 5 year old and 7 month old. When we arrived at the hotel, there were several valets available to park the car. Our check- in was smooth and quick. There was a problem with our room, but it was addressed and resolved efficiently by Housing Director, David Crouch. He had a wonderful experience, and met several little friends to play with everyday.

We had a great time and I highly recommend the hotel. If you want pampering and a luxurious stay, then treat yourself to a fabulous trip. Whatahotel.com was instrumental in our having a wonderful vacation. There were small issues that were promptly addressed and resolved by our agent. We definitely felt like we had an insider assuring quality control.More
