We stayed here on Labor Day weekend. We chose them based on website, reviews, availability on a holiday weekend and the fact they would take our dog. First issue, the motel does not really match the website! It is a very basic, old-style, modest motel. I'm the kind of person that looks at websites pretty carefully and yet I was surprised. We enjoy weekend trips staying at non-chain, not-too-expensive motels, always seeking the best value; so we were okay with it, but it was not quite what I was expecting from the website. Pluses: super friendly front desk staff, willing to help. Minuses: no AC on a 90-degree day. They did bring us a wonderful, large fan when I went to ask if they really had no AC. Breakfast was very minimal, all stuff you pick up at Costco, which doesn't really float my boat. Thought the front desk staff is wonderfully helpful, their English is hard to understand. Not to be unkind, but it's true. I work in an industry where diversity is key, so I don't make that comment lightly. We communicated, but it did take some effort. No room issues, and we slept fine. White noise from the fan and the fact we always travel with ear plugs likely helped :) From the website room map, we stayed in Room 104. No issues with reservation or price-as-quoted.
