This Hotel has lots of potential but is understaffed and not maintained. Upon entering our
assigned room it was hard to get the lights on since the switches are in the closet. The TV cabinet door would not close and presented an obsticle course.. Carpet needed shampooing and the phone did not work. TV was old analog unit, foozie at best. Asked for another room and the card keys would not work, after more card keys, we discovered this room reaked of smoke so we went back to the first room. During our trips to the front desk we encounted a guy who was on his 4th try with the card keys not working and he was at his witts end. Tried to get water out of pop machine and it was out of stock but kept our money. Desk offered no remedy. On the plus side, the beds were double sheeted and linens were decent.
