We booked our one week's trip last minute at a very attractive price. When I consulted their web site it was clear to me that we have booked with this arrangement a basic room in the main building. I asked by e-mail for an upgrade offer but my two mails where not answered. On our arrival late Sunday nobody was aware of my request and we had to spend our first night in a clean, but really outdated room (the receptionist told me that they were overbooked). The bath tub was incredibly old and at the bottom you could see even see the iron previously covered by enamel.
This room was far away from a Central European standard for a modest hotel room.
Next day we could upgrade for 25$ per day to a bungalow and this was very excellent. From here on our stay was perfect. The half board was tasty and everybody friendly and helpful.
Probably this hotel has spent to much money into expansion neglecting the existing amenities.
