The Hotel is one of the biggest in the world and the theme park is fun for kids. Check-in is cumbersome with big Que and waiting area for about 200 people. The room we booked online was quite cheap but when we entered the room, we discovered why. The room was so basic, even college dorms would be better. The bath room was tiny but functional. Breakfast was good considering it was free with a room for which we paid less than the airport transfer charge :-)). The best thing about the hotel was the fact that the Indoor and Outdoor theme parks are attached to it and accessible from various floors of the hotel. The Casino is Huge and very nice. Best recommended if you are looking for Value for Money !

Okay so its a 6,118 room hotel so expected a long wait to check in. Amazingly we were done earlier than I expected, the system was very efficient. We were given a better that I expected room, considering the price we paid for. It was very cheap. The room is bigger, ours was facing the mountains . There's a separate bath and toilet with basic toiletries. The TV wasn't working well, but who could to go Genting to watch TV. We were out most of the time and would only go to our room to rest. But the bed was very comfortable and we were able to sleep peacefully.

Buffet Breakfast was free but it was chaotic, we came in on an empty restaurant but 15 minutes later it was full of guests on a group tour. So I suggest you come early to be able to enjoy your meal. Can't complain about the food considering the amount we paid for the room.

There's a water dispenser on every floor, a big plus for us. Staff were polite, businesslike and efficient. There's a shuttle bus outside the hotel that will take you to the skyway cable station. Check out was a breeze.

If you're on a budget and just want to enjoy Genting, then I recommend this hotel.

It is located at the end of my coach/bus stop. Which is at the basement of the hotel. All the attractions and shopping centres are near the vicinity. IF YOU want to go to kuala lumpur or sunway lagoon,there is a taxi and bus services that will take you there in less than 40 minutes.
the room is reasonably small but neat. Nice view from your room.

I was checking in to this hotel on 26/12/2011. It took me 5 hrs to check in to my room, the "Kiosk check-in Machine" was not friendly user and it rejected my IC few times, forcing me to take a long queue to take my room key. Dust, spider web can be easily spotted on the carpet, ceiling, mouldy floor tiles/shower curtain in the bathroom, broken hook & rotten door will turn you away from enjoying your shower. The soap dispenser was not functioning, I got my bath gel & shampoo from the Housekeeping after complaining it. Think twice before you choose this hotel. GBU.
