This place is brilliant. soon to be better when they install the wi-fi in all the rooms.

The staff just don't stop, their always moving and making sure that you have everything that you need, al-inclusive in this place is mad. just about anything is on the menu. if you don't gain weight when on al-inclusive then you aint using it right.lol.

positives - props go to all the waiters and reception staff always there when you need them and always happy to help even with the smallest matter. can't even single out anyone thats the best, all are great. the cleaners are brilliant up in the early hours to late hours cleaning. the entertainment for children is top notch my nephew (3 years old) loved it. the evening adult entertainment is ok but some is a bit of a letdown.

i only have a few negatives on this hotel - not big ones though. they need to update their Gym gear totally outdated. I'm 26 and i reckon some of their machines are older than me. plus the hotel is mainly German, not a real bad thing but most of the higher staff speak mainly german and only understand basic english. the average age in this hotel is over 50 which means some of the daytime activities aren't always on because they don't attend.

but i wouldn't let this get you down its still a top spot. last night there i lost my i-pad and some1 handed it in thats why i love it here you can trust that you can leave things behind at the pool and no1 lifts it.

first time in this hotel and have to agree with the majority of the other reviewers
the food was first class, such a variety and we were really spoilt for choice Hotel totally spotless with an army of cleaners hard at work from early morning and the staff as a whole very friendly .We booked a standard room with an inland view and if you really unlucky you could to be overlooking the car park or with no view of note however most rooms are fine

Rooms like the hotel are spotless and include a safety deposit box which unfortunately you have to pay for Towels are provided free for the pool when a refundable deposit is paid at reception
Overall great hotel probably one of the best in the area and would certainly return

We stayed for a week at the beginning of Oct 2011. I wanted all inclusive and this looked to be the best on offer - and with good reviews, including for food.
The reviews are accurate. The hotel is very good.
Our room was not absolutely pristine - trim fell off patio door, cigarette burn, broken retractable wash line - but actually it was really nice.
The gardens are lush and very well kept. The main pool is good - there was a small pool closed for refurb. Sunbeds may be an issue if that is your thing (we did witness an irrate german guy abusing an english woman for 'stealing' his subed - staff were called!).
Public areas are very attractive and well laid out .
Bars are good - no real queues - and service good.
Restaurant...... food is excellent, freshly cooked by good hard working and friendly chefs - very enjoyable. The food itself is self service, other service is very friendly and staff try very hard to give good service. The only very minor criticism of the hotel would be the possible understaffing and hence slow service at times.
Also, and this is not a criticism of the hotel itself, small children wandering unsupervised around the tables are almost dangerous - I know parents are on holiday but don't switch off completely! And be aware of smoking in the outside (but quite enclosed) dining area - we actually had a german couple, who sat down after us on the next table, smoking all the way through their meal, even whilst eating. I suppose we could have picked up our food and moved.
Finally, just a note, do not book a transfer from the airport - we waited 75 minutes. Take a taxi, it is minutes away.

We stayed in August 2011 with our 10yr old son and we had a fabulous holiday, the food is absolutely beautiful and fantastic choice. Our room was lovely, plenty of space and comfortable with super facilities. We had a room nearby to the main reception areas and the Piano Bar but we weren't too bothered by noise. The Hotel appeared busy due to time of year, but the service wasn't compromised. We've just re-booked for this summer and already looking forward. Highly recommended.
