“Pampered to the nth degree”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 February 2012

We were in a suite on the concierge level and it was magnificent. We stayed for three nights and after the first day at breakfast in the concierge dining room, everyone knew us by name and knew what beverages we drank. All the staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and polite. They made any arrangements we requested immediately. As we were just coming off a cruise, we had a bit of luggage, and they arranged for a mercedes van to take us to the airport ferry at no additional cost. The location is perfect--attached to the Venetian hotel and all the shops. The masseuse in the hotel's spa was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: We were on the 19th floor and it was extremely quiet.

I stayed here 2 years ago when they first opened and was hoping for some improvement this visit, but was sadly mistaken. The hotel itself is very beautiful with the exception of the tacky casino attached. Rooms clean and modern, most let down was the food and restaurant service. Forget the bar, i was there two nights and never saw one person, room service food was cold and delivered late. The main restaurant buffet was depressing to look at no smiles. Hotel still has long way to go, maybe another 2 years!

“Not like other FS”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 February 2012 via mobile

If your expecting to have the same experience as other four seasons u will be disappointed. The most rooms are nice, but service is lacking. The Food was just plain sad as was the service in he belcancao restaurant. Has some good points the lobby is nice but overall is a bit behind it's sister properties.

“5 star!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012

Absolute luxury at the Four Seasons Macau from the service of the staff, to the rooms and facilities. Would not even bother looking looking at other hotels if i was to return to Macau. Dont forget to try the buffet!

“Fantastic place if the massive crowds are not for you.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

Visit the hotel during Dec'2011 with recommendations here and the experience was perfect!
Right from the pick up from the airport, the experience has been 5stars.
The check in was great, bathroom amenities, bedding, room size...all first class!

The Chinese restaurant was a tad expensive but the Michelin star menu was not too bad. Service staff very attentive and takes the initiative to make sure we are well served.
Minimal smoke smell, unlike the rest of Macau.

Spa was wonderful as well.

Next time I visit Macau, it's Four Seasons for sure!
