The hotel is large, but does not overwhelm the visitor like the Venetian does with it's sheer size and miles and miles of walk before you finally get to your room.
There is a very pleasant smell in the hotel lobby the moment you enter. Staff is very polite, well-trained and helpful. You truly feel like you are in a 5 star property. Rooms are very comfy. The mini-bar is free, so are all local calls from your room phone within Macau.

The only minor annoyance I had was when I was fast asleep at 4pm one day and the housekeeping staff entered the room *Despite me having the Do Not Disturb* sign on. And that the TV remote didn't work but I wasn't there to watch TV to didn't bother to complain either. The views were OK. The bathroom was clean and toiletries were decent quality. The lighting was good. Very relaxing stay. They have a shuttle to Venetian which I used, I am sure they had other shuttle buses also, I just didn't really use so cannot comment. Taxi fare to Hotel Lisboa area was around $50, and to the Venetian/City of Dreams only $20.
Breakfast buffet was well-laid out and plentiful. Indian restaurant food was ok.

Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Macau.

Great new Hotel in Macau. Great shopping area, and a wonderful pool. Luxury dining, or fast food all on one site. quite better & as good as the Venetian, but cheaper, and well worth.The hotel is one of the swankiest in the city... its brand new that's why. Staff - the staff at the reception was very polite.

Having been there several times and still find it the best choice!
For their rooms, since they are newly established, so all the rooms looks both comfortable and modern. The most important things is even their standard roon is spacious too. With the view over the wave pool from their room, it will be amazing.
For their location, it's very convenient as it is locating in the heart of Taipai. To travellers, their have different shuttle bus route to fit our needs. Transportation cost can be saved.

Inside the hotel, there is a unique wave pool which my family already addicted to. Also, they have cinema, shops, nice restaurants, spa and casino inside. Your holiday can be filled up with this wonderful things even you don't leave the hotel.

About their service, they have very efficient check-in and out services. No need queue up for a long time for check-in and they also have express check out service too. Their staffs a very nice and their Front Desk Manager will also greet their guest if he is around, so warm!!

Their room rate is reasonable as it only cost around HKD19xx for a nite. Sometime they will have promotions which only cost around HKD13xx. Nice price.

To conclude, this is the best choice of hotel in Macau, especially for a family.
