Centre of the macau. Nice place to stay. Good food. Will defenitely recomend to others.

The hotel has a good location (especially if you are there for the Macau Grand Prix), the room we had was quite large, and most things seemed pretty clean (although some of the furniture in the room looked quite grungy). The service is also very pleasant. But the decor, the furniture in the rooms, and the bathrooms are quite dated. I think this hotel was the place to go when it first opened but now shows its age. But a great place to stay IF you get a good deal on the room.

Spent a night there during Christmas 2011. Service was excellent in line with the high standards of the Mandarin Oriental. Location is convenient- walking distance to the ferry terminal and basically central to the entertainment hub. Though the hotel is a bit dated in terms of its rooms and fittings, the service remains at a very high, 5-star international level. Great effort to the staff there and will recommend families especially it has a resort style facilities and not too expensive price tag compared with the newer ones on the Cotai strip. In all, good solid hotel and top-notch service.

For comfort, this hotel is fine, but felt I was checking to hotel from 30 years ago.
Good service and as I said comfortable room.
Bed was great.
Interent was USD @25 so I will not be back, just for that.
