There is transport from ferry terminal to hotel. good service.
Stayed there for a night. There are facilities like jacuzzi and sauna but we have no time to enjoy it as it is only until about 9pm i guess.
Walking distance to the hotels like hotel lisboa and other hotels in the vicinity.
Free usage of internet at lobby area as there is no wifi in the room(need to pay).
Free transfer to ferry terminal after check out too.
Overall is good and have nothing to complain about.
Sleeping experience is good too.

The furnishing in the room was very old, although decent and clean. The air from the air conditioning had a bad smell. This hotel needs a revamp, it looks outdated

We are vegetarian and we don't even eat onion, Garlic and Cheese. Breakfast which was included in the room traffic was made as we wanted by the kitchen staff. Language is a problem because they speak and understand french while we speak English but still overall experience was very good Lobby staff gives very good direction of all places to visit. In Macua unlike in India, city buses go in one direction and for opposite direction you have to take other number bus. If anybody goes in city buses please be careful.

In comparison to many of the hotels nearby or in Macau, Metropark is one of the rare few which is just a hotel, not a casino/hotel. Therefore they focus on what they have to do, and service is meticulous from the front desk to the housekeeping.
Room size is decent, comes with a bathroom with bath tub too. Although I was staying at the non-smoking floor there's this smoke smell, which I finally realised on my 2nd last night, was filtering out from the aircon. Luckily the weather is cold and I could do without the aircon. The corridor sometimes stink of cigarette smoke too. There's a lot of loud rowdy guests from North Asia staying in the hotel. Acoustics isn't fantastic and so I could hear them slamming the doors etc in the middle of the night. Hotel isn't along a busy main road, so no worries about traffic noise.
The view from my room was part of the hill nearby and the private apartments beside the hotel. Feels weird staring right into someone else's bedroom/living room whenever I draw the curtains. No wifi or wired connections from room. Had to depend on the PCs at the lobby; there's always a free terminal in the evening.
I find the location very central. There's a bus stop nearby (2mins walk) with buses to bring you to say, the Guia Lighthouse, etc, and you can walk to most of the casinos in Macau Peninsular. No direct bus from the airport, you'll have to change bus at the bus stop in front of Lisboa. Not much food options around at night. There's a police station of some sort nearby, so the environment is safe, albeit dark and quiet, at night.
Swimming pool was under renovation when I was there.
You'll have to make special arrangements for airport transfer. Otherwise, if you're like rest of the guests, just catch the free shuttle bus from the ferry terminal.

Room tip: Get one which is at the corner, near the fire escape. It is a lot quieter. The hotel is designed such that the interior is triangular, with the center of the hotel hollow. So noise echos between floors once the guests make a lot noise along the corridors. In one extreme case, a guest was talking someone else on a different floor along the corridor. I could hear her even though I was in the room. Other than that, the most I heard was slamming of my neighbour's door.

Metropark Hotel is good service for my family. Maid is friendly. Service for swimming and fitness are good. But I wait for check in this hotel for a long time (at 3.00 pm), because the front said the guest was stayed. I think when I go to Macau, I will stay at Metropark Hotel again.
