Stayed here twice once in 2009 and the most recent was in Sept 2011, both times for 3d/2n. The hotel provides shuttle services to and from the ferry terminal (most hotels in Macau has this service)
Check in process is easy but there might be a queue during peak season. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Didn't like the air conditioning as mentioned by other reviewers. It has to be left on at all times as the heat will trigger the fire alarm.
Which is a bit ridiculous and not very "green". The hotel should look into this matter and consider having it fixed. There is no in room wifi so for those wanting to utilize the Internet can do so at the lobby area but there is lack of privacy.
They have a nice selection for the buffet breakfast which I find satisfying, just need to remember not to leave any belongings unattended at your table (there's a reminder notice on the table).
The hotel is walking distance to senado square, Wynn..etc which also helped with the cost saving for transportation :) Just right beside the hotel there are several cafes which are reasonably priced and the food is also reasonable.
Supermarkets, 24 hour mart, pharmacy, money changer are also within walking distance. The hotel does not have a casino so you don't need to worry so much of too much ciggy smoke inside the hotel, noise and the place being overly crowded.
Chances of staying the for the 3rd time is high as the price is reasonable and the location is convenient.
