Lembang Asri is located quite far from city centre, the rooms are various, I stayed at the family suite with 2 queen size beds quite LArge rooms, they gave free 1 h massage for the stay. It was a good one. the air is so cool at night, bring extra clothes. Be careful when travelling with kids, porch are very open, kids under five need supervision.

The pool needs renovation, breakfast was simple.

This resort positions itself as an outbound activity resort. The facilities includes kids playground, swimming pool, tennis court, a grass clearing for any activity. Horseback riding for kids is available; outbound activities includes flying fox, ATV, paintball war games, etc. Spa is also available.

The location is in Lembang plateau, uphill from downtown Bandung. On the way there are many rabbits sold for pet or for food (satay)! Nearby attractions are The Ranch (good for families with young children), Bosscha observatorium, strawberry and rabbit farms.

I was staying at a Superior Room. It has its own car port and balconies like a cottage, with wickerwork walls. The room used wall-to-wall carpet, had a small couch with a small table, a closet, a TV, a pantry with a couple of teacups, glasses, teabags/coffee and sugar. The room had its own bathroom with tub and shower; towels and standard toiletries are provided. There was also a laundry service. The room looked old and needed more lights. The bath mat and vitrage were stained and need a replacement.

My colleagues were staying at the villa, and the building is totally different. It looked more of today: newer design and interior, looked cleaner and better maintained.

However the resort in general is a nice place for families with young children. But since it's a place for outbound activities, it's also a favorite among groups--so beware.
