I needed a flight in the morning and it was short notice for Air Canada left me high and dry from a delayed and missed connection. I booked using their web site which was easy and the fare was not unreasonable on less than 10 hours prior to departure. Check in was great, on time departure and arrival and the...

Snagged a cheap flight to Victoria and was pleasantly surprised. Plane was very small, somewhat uncomfortable but well worth the cost. The airline staff were chill and easy to get along with. Flight was stress free. They offered a Tim Hortons muffin and a juice before you got on the plane (which was awesome, this is way better than a...

There are two airlines from Vancouver to Haida Gwaii. One is from Vancouver South Terminal to Masset with Pacific Coastal Airline and the other is to Sandspit with Air Canada. What's great about having the flight to Masset is that we don't have to drive and hur or more and catch a ferry to Sandspit. South and Masset terminals are...

Some of the flight staff in Vancouver working for pacific coastal air are not very nice to deal with. I felt like they don’t really care if we are flying with them or not.

Flight was on time. We were lucky with the weather, not like the passengers previous day. These flights are very weather dependent, which is not their fault, of course.

We flew back from Navutu Resort in Fiji, by the seaplane, this was an amazing flight. It was considerably less expensive that we thought it would be. The views of the coral and the islands as we flew was amazing. Would definitely recommend the sea plane.

I purchased the QuickPass option hoping to get a discount as they advertise. There is no discount...most of the time the flights are now more expensive for me as a QuickPass holder....Example...I planned to book a flight from Kelowna to Victoria for a day trip. Without QuikPass it showed $110 each way. Using my QuickPass the same flight shows $159...

Not the friendliest airline. Very old planes and many times they have young pilots operating the flight. We always use it when we are flying overseas. It’s convenient but I think it is pricey for a 20minute flight. Christmas , Easter etc big holidays they sure raise the prices.

I was trying to get to Trail BC in late January. All flights from Vancouver to Castlegar on Air Canada were cancelled for 2 days due to weather (low cloud ceiling/fog). But, it was relatively clear in Trail on the second day, so once I knew the first Pacific Coastal flight got in, I got on the second one. The...
