Flew from Labuan Bajo to Bali, the aircraft is propeller type so I kind of feeling unsafe. Aircraft a bit old and toilet is quite dirty. Overall experience is ok, as long as they are on time! Nothing much u can ask from a budget airline.

Big storm passed over just before we took off from Medan so a little apprehensive, luckily after getting wet waiting on the apron the flight took off an hour late so to let the storm pass I believe, but reading some comments this was good at only an hour. There were only 9 people on board plus 2 attendants and...

We got to the airport just to find out our flight was cancelled. It happens. We keep calm. We wait at the info desk to ask what to do next. We're given a flight the next day. What about accommodation? Not their problem. Any hotels around here? No idea. Google it. Reason for cancellation? No info. No apology, no heads...

If you were looking for flying from Yogyakarta to Bandung, you should better use ANOTHER airilnes instead of this airlines. The flight was 5 hours delay without any good reason. Luckily they give the compensation (meals and money, as the government regulation, that's because we asked -- if not, I don't know they will give or not).

I traveled from Bali to Lombok, the flight was delayed with 3 hours and the taxi driver in Lombok thought I'm not coming any more and left. So, I was stranded at night in a place I did not know. I went to their office, what a nightmare! I explained to them that my taxi driver left because we were...

Experienced Wings Air several times, I found it was the worst airlines that I've ever used. Always used it as the one and only option I had for the occasion (Atambua-Kupang, Kupang-Labuan Bajo, Semarang-Bali in the morning). Tight seat space, noisy engine sound, not-so-friendly stewardess, can't buy food as well. Used it for Semarang-Bali occasionally, I was lucky it was...

The flight was 3 hours late, which happens. But because of this I missed my connecting flight to Jakarta. Wings Air told me that it was my problem and that they were not responsible. I suggested that they pay for a flight to Jakarta for me (about $50) because it was the right thing to do and because it was...

We missed our flight the day before, and they let us rebook with a small administration cost. The check in was quick and efficient, without a long queue or wait. Check in staff were friendly and spoke enough English which isn't everywhere the case. The flight departed on time and the plane was a small propeller aircraft. No food or...
