Used chase miles to book the flight and then called in and paid for the upgrade. At oak the people at the premium desk didn’t say anything to and processed our bags like normal. Go up to board and was taken in premium economy class no problem. Get to our seats 10 a and c. To find out they are...

I have never written a bad review for a company before, but Fly LEVEL is the exception. We all know the stresses of flying now days, especially when doing so with a low cost flight. However, being ignored and constant disrespect from the staff makes me wonder why travel in the first place. Fly LEVEL is a Spanish company that...

We flew back and forward between Barcelona and Los Angeles, direct flight. The aircraft was super new, the food really good, the service perfect and the multimedia system modern and easy to use. I totally recommend LEVEL!

I booked this flight way ahead of time and got a great deal under $180 one way from Barcelona to Oakland including one medium suitcase and a carry-on, the service at check-in was great, the boarding process at the gate was not the most organized but it was ok, luckily I was in group one so I boarded quick, the...

I used a different airline (Norwegian) to get to Barcelona from Oakland with no issues. I booked my return him BCN-Oak through fly level. I got a confirmation followed by a conformation email and did not think much of it. My brother also booked a the same flight on his own . A few weeks later my brother got an...

I have booked a flight with level, received the confirmation number, the reseravtion, I was charged and all. After that I bought the extra le space seat. The day I had the flight, I went to the airport and was told that there was an issue with the webpage in the moment I bought the ticket and that they didn't...

This flight was not bad! For the cost of the ticket I didn't have high expectations. I did select specific seats which increased the cost by 33 EUR per flight, and was dissapointed that the seats did not recline and it wasn't stated when I purchased them ( I definitely wouldn't have chosen the specific ones had I known). Be...

Good option to travel non-scale from Buenos Aires to Barcelona. Expensive meals and beverages. Return flight was delayed about 60'. They missed our luggage on the arrival. But it was found a few hours later.

I booked my flight through American, which was then booked through Level Airlines, which I had never heard of until this flight. First: This is an extremely economy airline, where the basic things are not complimentary, such as water, soda, juice... Flight attendants will only come around if you have something you want to purchase. Unfortunately, I was sick with...

This is a budget airline from Iberia. For me, flying Level has been a great experience. Comfortable new planes, movies available for free. I chose the meal free option and only travel with a cabin bag so it represented amazing value to the States. There is a meal option and you can buy food and alcohol on the plane. You...
