The airline is notoiusly late. Pilots were fine but the planes look very shaky. Honestly, they need to just do away with the times!!

We had purchased tickets with Safarilink to fly from Diani, South Coast to Nairobi, oneway . The tickets for 3 adults and 3 children came to some $ 337, but 10 days before the flight, my father passed away. So having alerted the airline about a later date travel we were assured this is fine. On the travel date, I...

we took many flights with safarilink during our 8 night safari and 4 night beach vacation in kenya. Overall the service was good except that they were 45-90min late for 6 out of 7 of our flights

I got tired of the long ferry rides to and from Pemba from Unguja. So I opted to take the flight home from Zanzibar. I managed to do it via email after I had password problems on the site. The booking was hustle free and the ticket was sent to me by email. The flight was smooth and on time...

For the first time we flew from/to Diani/Ukunda to Samburua National Park. The flights were on time and confortable. The convenience of being on the beach in the morning and then in a game park camp in the afternoon is tremendous. The views from the planse, the smaller ones flying at low altitude, are tremendous.

We decided at the last minute to book this short flight back to Nairobi instead of taking the 5 hour drive. It was a great decision! In fact we had a driver ready to go but we did it anyway. We were the only two passengers and it was smooth and quick. I was happy and surprised to see a...

No complaints about the flying. Logistics of customs and immigration on the Kenyan side are extremely confusing and disoriented.

The Safarilink really links visitors from one destination to another destination semalessly. Having a travellers conscious needs you will find the best from them from the time that you will reach the airstrip, board and fly. It's an experience to be remembered.

Awesome airline to use for your internal safari plans. Their service was punctual, clear communication via email, had water for customers and the pilots were helpful with bags and also provided information on upcoming airstrip stops. We had a flight scheduled from Nanyuki airstrip to Olare Orok airstrip, but Nanyuki airstrip was closed for renovations. Safarilink team emailed me informing...
