We Wanted to change our flight from Sunday 19th may for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, from a Full flight with one seat left to Monday 20th may to a flight with 6 people booked onto it and was told it would cost £286 for the change. Absolutely crazy that you would fly a plane with such few people and request such a large amount of money from us to change.

Loganair’s fare availability is governed by forecasted demand for flights by day of week and time of day, and the availability of fares is a dynamic offering in response to the demand for each individual flight on sale. We therefore react to the demand for each flight and amend the price accordingly. There is no prescribed pattern, but the pricing is relatively fluid in line with market response. The basic premise, though is always to book in advance to secure a good fare. When changing a current booking, any changes are subject to the fare rules of the ticket you have selected, which include any change fees and fare difference. The price a customer pays is determined by their choice of flight, day of travel, the lead time afforded when making the booking, and the forecasted demand for the flights selected. Loganair manages the availability in accordance with these demand patterns and ultimately has to get the balance correct in terms of the overall economics of our commercial routes. ^JH

I will never fly with Loganair ever again as the plane was absolutely tiny which made me feel claustrophobic, which I'm not. The heat on the plane was unbearable due to the amount of bodies cramped into such a small space. It just wasn't a pleasant or comfortable flight at all and it was only a short flight of 1h but it felt a lot longer. My sister that is pregnant was overheating massively and ended up being sick. Both of us will never use this airline again even if we are desperate.

The safety of our customers and crew is our highest priority. We are not aware of any issues with the supply of clean, fresh air on any of our aircraft, and we would be happy to provide further information if you contact our Customer Help Centre via the link below and provide your booking/travel details. https://www.loganair.co.uk/travel-help/contact-the-help-centre/ As Loganair is a regional airline, we do not operate larger aircraft and the smaller jet and turboprop aircraft we fly are the most viable options for maintaining regional connectivity. While the cabin height is slightly less than what you will find on larger aircraft, the seat pitch is equivalent to that of other carriers operating larger aircraft for domestic routes. ^JH

Avoid if you ever want any help. Specifically booked Logan air due to flight times. Email received of flight change to 4 hours before I booked. Which is now too early for me to be able to board as getting off a cruise ship on the same day and will not make it to the airport in time for checking in. Completely un-helpful support team who have only advised that I can change to another day as there are no more flights on this day and not to forget no refund due as apparently a 4 hour schedule change is REASONABLE. So now I need to pay for new flights with a different airline or spend more money to stay over another night! Or I can fly to Newcastle?? Miles away from where I need to be. Ridiculous that they pretend these are actually alternatives. Will absolutely not book with this airline again.

I'm booked on a round trip from Southampton to Kirkwall. The flights have now been changed 4 times! The latest change is the leg from Glasgow to Southampton, which has been replaced by a flight from Edinburgh to Southampton. How difficult can it be to try and change a flight form Kirkwall to Edinburgh instead of Glasgow? I can do it online but they want me to pay another £100 on top of the £514 I've already paid for a flight that they cancelled. I've been trying to phone several times per day for the past 2 days. Each time a recorded message tells me that their 'capacity has been reached' and they are therefore unable to take my call. Terrible customer service.
