I booked flights with this airline on their web site several months before travelling. All flights were confirmed at the time of booking. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure time. Somewhat alarmed to see no staff at their check in counter and no flight showing on the departure board. After seeking assistance for more than 30 minutes...

This company bait and switched me. I paid $365 for a direct flight between OAX and TGZ and they canceled the flight and put me on Aeromexico connecting flights that I could purchase months later for only $158. I phoned them but the agent who "eventually" answered was RUDE! Unfortunately, I booked this ticket via Priceline who has the most...

I just discovered this airline. It was a small plane with not much leg room but they do serve you free beverages and peanuts. I think most airlines have cut that from their service so it was a nice treat. The flight attendants were pleasant.

Something like the European discounters but better. One check-in luggage included , as well as carry on.Sensible size aircraft for short haul flights. If I remember correctly a French built turbo-prop.Punctual Pleasant staff. The flight cost was $1 more than the most luxury bus between Guadalajara and P.V.

We took Aeromar from Zihuatanejo to Mexico City and as someone who isn't much of a flyer, I can tell you it was a huge shock to be boarding a small plane with big propellers. I felt like Indiana Jones but a lot more terrified. I think it was the american in me as the rest of the passengers didn't...

DO. NOT. TRAVEL. WITH. AEROMAR. I cannot repeat this enough. They will cancel your flight last minute and not give you a refund. When you call customer service, they will tell you they can't help you and then give you a phone number that does not work and an email address that no one responds too. DO NOT EVER book...

I would make this longer, but my phone lost connection and lost everything I did. We basically got to the desk and were told about 45 mins of waiting that there was a problem with the flight. They had cancelled our return flight but ‘rebooked’ it for us. At the bag drop desk we were told that we had no...

Trying to fly from Mérida to tuxtla and back. Booked 6 months ago. First they cancel return flight without telling us. They then rebook us to return via Mexico City. 5hours rather than 2 hours but hey ho. We turn up for outbound flight. They tell us there is a mistake on the return booking. They spend half an hour...

Fine experience all the way around. Helpful staff who spoke English, virtually new plane, organized boarding. it's a simple option to getting around Mexico. The only thing that was a little disconcerting was that the check-in counter didn't open (and no one from Aeromar was around) until maybe 45 minutes prior to the flight. But everyone easily boarded and the...
