We fly frequently between Yangon and Bangkok and as much as possible we fly Airasia. Like low cost carriers EasyJet in the UK they operate as a budget airline but the customer service is just excellent and UK and US carriers should learn a few things from this and many of the SE Asia airlines. As per most low cost...

Air Asia flies everywhere and doesn't pretend to be anything other than a budget airline. It is safe and as comfortable as any other budget airline. Booking online is easy but I had a ticketing problem that took months of emails to try to resolve which in the end was a non-issue. I wish the staff had said I could...

Great airline. Left DMK on time. Arrived PNH on time. Staff were friendly. Didn't seem to care about weight of hand luggage. All was as expected on an economy airline.

When we got to the desk the woman went off...

My friend and I flew Air Asia, flight number AK583 flying to Kuala Lumpur on July 9, 2018. What we experienced was an infraction on the airline as well as neglectful service from the staff. The attendant checking luggage was less than helpful as she had her trainee do the numbers while she stood there on her personal cellphone disinterested...

"NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED ON BOARD" My first thought was "how petty." But let's face it, you're flying a budget airline, not a Michelin rated fine dining restaurant or a 3D IMAX cinema. And actually, if you can't spend a few hours to get somewhere cheap, go ahead and spend a lot more money for a top-rated airline. After reading...
