Nasty customer service, I did a booking and they change the time of the flight just before I paid, now the price of change the plane is greater than buying a new ticket.

The bargain I make with myself for flying low cost is that although I don’t expect much - actually I don’t expect anything for that price - I do expect the plane to be punctual. That is a basic. It’s infuriating to see an early morning flight already delayed by 90 minutes. That’s why I give Air Asia a fail...

First time on Thai Air Asia. Planes were clean. On time performance. On board service was very good. Pre ordered meals/snacks were good quality. Seats were a bit cramped by hey this is a discount carrier. All services delivered exactly as expected.

This airline is probably the easiest way to travel within Thailand. I used them 3 times in November. (Bangkok > Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai > Phuket, and Phuket >Bangkok) All three flights were less than 1.5 hours..service wasn't bad. You have to pay for food and drinks which is pretty typical for the smaller flights over there. My only advice...

I paid extra to have no one sit inbetween my partner and myself. Unfortunately someone did we were okay with that though as when booking the extra seat they say you will get your money back if someone sits there. I have been emailing AA for 2 weeks and am getting no where. I have gotten 3 replies saying the...

The only compaint I've got is the air conditioning. In plain September it was cold as ice and I was shaking the entire journey. They could decrease it because me and a lot of people were feeling uncomfortable.

It has been two days since I took my first Air Asia Thai (AAT) flight with my family on the way to Cochin. I still can’t get over my depression having taken this airline and as I count down my days to return by same airline, can’t really help but write down my angst. It starts this way. What does...

After having a shocker with scoot airline from Singapore to Phuket my girlfriend and I were very sceptical about this airline but above all out doubt Air Asia did not fail to disappoint, we actually left on time for when the flight was due and made it to chiang mai earlier than the arrival time. The staff were very friendly...

This airline service deserves an F. Honestly, never had such horrible service. I️ had to change my ticket - I️ called 1.5 days before the flight and they refused since it wasn’t 48 hours before. 48 hours before they did not have a working line since my flight was 6am and their business hours are not open at this time....

Service is ok but, booking system is extremely terrible. Slowly search for a flight, unable to do payment. System is slow, no response. Contacted call center, unable to help at all.
