Both flights, on the way out and on the way back took off late, respectively by one hour and 45 minutes, the first one also experiencing passengers being held up in the plane at arrival due to an absence of staff to handle the gangway.
refused boarding and then refused to refund my flight saying i did not arrive on time, after I arrived 4 hours before the flight. will never book with HOP ever again
