Although I was flying Scoot Biz, where some of the extras are complimentary, some of them are impossible to have. The "board first" option was impossible in Singapore, as there is only one queue at the gate through security, so you have to stand in the very long queue. Landing in Sydney, the exit door is in economy, so you...

Despite all the bad reviews, I want to give a try. My flight was excellent. Clean, on time, Food for sell. The menu cover is so funny. Nice cartoon. Singapore Airport is very effective. I will definitely take Scoot again.

First time taking Scoot. This flight on Dreamliner is pretty comfy. Nothing to rave about. Simple and budget flight. Good leg room, clean seats.

Very good efficient service, boarded on time, departed on time and landed early. Only criticism was my scootbiz seat was broken and wouldn’t recline. I was made aware of this when boarding but they said there was nothing they could do about it as the plane was full so no spare seat. That was disappointing. WiFi was a bit hit...

Book my flight ticket with Scoot for the first time and opted to make payment through AXS. I called in after realizing I still have yet to receive my confirmation and got to know my booking was rejected and they were unsure of the reason. Due to shortage of time, I was advised to proceed with purchasing another ticket first...

First and last flying experience with Scoot. Couldn't understand a word the pilot was saying. Flight arrived in Singapore late. Paid for a seat in the silent section, kids were wandering up into the section and parents were carrying babies into the section. Flight attendants did nothing. Flight was rough, felt everything. Landing was appalling. Landing is my favourite part....

First, Scoot does not abide by its own rules. At boarding, a Scoot ground staff told me that I was only allowed to carry one item on board, even though the Scoot website clearly says that passengers are allowed to carry two items on board. Second, Scoot enforces rules that are absurd and inhumane: On board, a Scoot flight attendant...

We boarded our plane to Singapore and had to wait on board for 2 hours due to technical difficulties. The flight was then cancelled as there were not the appropriate staff or parts available to fix the issue, and the night time departure curfew had been reached in Sydney. We were told to disembark and return to the check-in counter....

For a budget airline the overall experience was pretty good. Not a lot was missed and a few things were better than expected. Good meals, access to airport lounges, ran an in flight tab for drinks and friendly check in staff. My gripe however is that if you buy an Economy Class ticket, you then have the option to upgrade to...

We flew Scootbiz knowing it was a budget airline, but wanting the extra leg room and to try it out. We had no complaints about the boarding process or crew, all were as expected. The meals and drinks that were included were acceptable. The seats have a footrest that pops up, and I found the angle and length to be...
