Singapore-based Scoot (TR) is the low-cost arm of the Singapore Airlines Group. Scoot took to the skies in June 2012 and merged with Tigerair Singapore in July 2017. MISSING LUGGAGE, they would’ve been aware.
Phuket - ManilaSoutheast Asia
The flight had been delayed and then non delayed and then delayed again. We were going to Phillipines from Phuket, we were supposed to have a stop over in Singapore for just over an hour. With the delayed flight we lost all the time gap in between, we were rushed of our first plane onto the next one within 5 minutes MAXIMUM. We knew at this point our luggage wouldn’t be on the plane as it would be impossible for them to do so. Everyone that had that stop over to Manila had lost their luggage and it was a big list with about everyone that was in that flight for the transit. If they had let us know we wouldn’t have our luggage in time we would’ve waited for a later flight as now we have had the worst night and can’t actually go to sleep as we have to wait until 1:30 am to beg another airline for a later flight for SCOOT’S UNPROFESSIONALISM. If we cannot get one we won’t have our bags before our next flight at 8am as they arrive at 7am and our terminals are 25 minutes apart from international and domestic. Leaves us no time for our new check in and have completely ruined our night and our beautiful hotel room we paid extra for to “enjoy” after a long day of flights. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY!

- 2 fights are scheduled to board at the same time from the same gate, leading to overcrowding and chaos. - Because flight delayed , nearly 400 passenger are cramped in a waiting room, which is designed for 200 people - the ground staff are so rude

The worst experience
Athens - MelbourneInternational
I had a good flight from Athens to Melbourne via Singapore. I was prepared for the low budget flight and I was OK with the fact of not having some extra amenities. However, when landed in Melbourne I didn't received my luggage. I had to call them more than 10times in order to have a delivery 2 days after! No compensation for that. It was a terrible experience in the middle of Christmas period, without having any clothes and no time for shopping due to the schedule we had to follow. I would not recommend this airline for any reason!

Unfair charging of fee for errors due to a confusing booking system

I booked a flight for my wife to return to Perth. On finalising the paymeny, i noticed her name details were messed up. So I went back to the system to amend. Guess what? Scoot charged me $80 for the ammendment! Same passenger ! They used terms like first name last name which as a Singaporean, it is very confusing. THERE IS NO CHANGE in pax. It is the same pax ! They should show some understanding and not say your system is not at fault. Their ground staff mentioned this is not the first time such errors were made. Absolutely UNFAIR

comparable with Ryanair in Europe. Possible to go, but just avoid any additional service.

Quality on board is actually not so bad, I flew from Singapore to Denpasar and it was ok. But you need to pay for all additional services and some services doesn't make sense. E.g. I had a ticket from Bali to Berlin and bough the option for flex flight (cost about 50 euros), but when I really needed to change my flight, they charged again for changing date (25 euro) and during change they didn't show any promotion, so, had to pay + 150 euro additionally for the cheapest available fly term. When I wanted to change ticket to close date, it's just "impossible" - I supposed to pay additional 850 euros :D , so, it was cheaper for me just to buy a new flight with a different company... So, comparable with Ryanair in Europe. Possible to go, but just avoid any additional service.
